Warning: There is a glaring green LED on the ceiling that cannot be turned off or covered, according to the management. Only some rooms have LEDs. Ask for a room if that bothers you. "

"With a place as frugal and inexpensive as this location, I don't think people should be asking "what didn't you like...". This is a good, budget hotel. There should be no expectation of a "first class", butler-waits-on-you experience when staying in a great value accommodation like this. Not the Hilton? Well duh, you're paying a fraction of the cost of a stay at the Hilton, and the staff are nicer and harder working here. Overall I think the stay was quite good. Simple true, but it ticks all...

Although our room had a double bed, it was, necessarily, pushed against a wall so that one could only get in or out on one side. We deliberately selected a room without a window to try and reduce external noise: this seemed to work. "

The one lift is an issue as you can wait to get into a very crowded lift, and every thing costs more money ( leaving bags etc) also the rooms don’t have wardrobes so not ideal for a long stay, but well worth a night or two "

"We booked this hotel because it was easily acessible from inner London as my family from France was coming for our wedding. They had enough rooms for all 17 of us and three of these were next to each other. The double rooms were not very spacious, but comfortable and very clean. The support from the hotel staff was amazing helping us book cabs to get to our venue and recommending places to eat nearby. "
