"Well we made it to Zedwell hotel London . Outside looks abandoned but you walk in and the lobby is nice. Then it ends. Self check in- we had reservations but the system wants your last name and confirmation number to search for it. When it does it then needs all your info- name, address, nationality, phone number, either passport or government Identification. I used my drivers license, and what city issued it.
