"Clean"

"Wir hatten bettwanzen im Zimmer, und auch das Nschbarzimmer war zuvor gesperrt worden, ohne uns aufmerksam zu machen, was da ablief. Wir wurden von den Wanzen gebiss3n, und haben bis dato noch keine Reaktionen vom Hotel bekommen, weder einen Nachlass noch eine Entschuldigung"

"Room was freezing, radiator made a very loud noise while it was turned on."

"Lovely stay clean room and lovely bathroom with walk in shower. Great location close to the tube station about a 2 minute walk. Next to a lovely park. Breakfast was really good lots of choice. Will definitely stay again"

"L’hotel è ben posizionato e permette di raggiungere facilmente il centro di Londra. Le camere sono un po’ piccole per una famiglia di quattro persone, ma il prezzo è ottimo considerando di essere a Londra. La colazione è buona e soddisfacente. "Clean enough, tight rooms, fine for short stay"

"Great stay, clean, spacious room. Would recommend."

"Super Lage, nettes Personal. Gerne wieder!"

"easy walk to the airport terminal, breakfast starts early enough even for the morning flights."

"The bathroom tiles weren't properly grouted to the floor so when showering in the morning the manager or employee of the hotel came to us and said we had caused a massive emergency and leak. The beds were moderately comfortable. But what can you expect for £52 a night."

"Good location and lovely breakfast with plenty of choices from the D.E. coffee machines, Rooms very clean and the tech is welcome"

"Super helpful staff, my coeliac companion was beautifully catered for by the breakfast team."

"The room is very small, with only one bed, not even a hot kettle and a small table. Only the location is good."

"Always reliable and affordable"

"Room was clean but whole floor smelt of cigarette smoke. It’s a shame because the rooms are letting down the hotel as the rest of the hotel is very nice and it could be a top spot to visit. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the grounds were stunning! Food was also great but more on the expensive side. I had the burger on the menu (£18) it did come with chips and was tasty! Good place to stay if you want a short stay but it could do with some TLC"
