"We came for some relaxation as a couple. And even though it's right by the airport, we heard nothing and slept soundly all night. The Breakfast is a buffet style, plentiful, hot and of good quality. There's also pastries,cereal pots, toast and the coffee machine is fab. Completely worth the £12.50 for everything supplied. The lady organising and cleaning the breakfast area was fabulous, friendly and was very quick at turning table round for new guests. The Hotel itself is lovely inside, nice...

"Lovely staff. Super convenient next to Stockport rail stn. Comfy, clean room. (\but I can not quite work out the aircon control). Excellent shower. 'Free' breakfast, maybe not gourmet but good enough."

We could only open the window a few inches but this meant we heard lots of noise from below and the room was still very stuffy. Some lights and the fan in the bathroom didn't work. Beds and pillows not the most comfortable."

"We booked a family room,the sofa bed was made up for us on our arrival which was great but it was so uncomfortable. It would make more sense for family rooms to have 2 proper beds in. We only used the restaurant for breakfast but i would like to mention how fantastic Melissa was, she got milk for my toddlers bottles and even rinsed the bottles afterwards so we didnt have stake milk in the bottles all day. She went above and beyond and absolutely made the stay."

"Stopped over whilst on business. Check in was great, the room was as good as I’ve seen and everything seemed brand new. Free car charging was a great bonus too. One very minor thing was they had super soft pillows or rock hard ones and nothing in between. "

"The lady on reception on Sunday evening was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. She is an example of what a receptionist should be like. Everything else was fine. It was good to be able to have something to eat and drink when we arrived - as you mention on your website."

"The host and hostess were very welcoming and available. The room and hotel were very comfortable and the price very reasonable. I would have given them a better review but there were a few things that made our stay unpleasant. During the night the yard light that shown into our bathroom kept coming off and on. It was motion activated and the exhaust from something kept turning it off and on. The same thing happened with the hall light. "

"Everything was perfect to be fair . Standard but perfect . Only thing to moan about was on arrival the reception seems to be ran by the manager that also works the pub . We arrived tea time friday and the pub was busy . Myself and my partner and anotuer family had to wait a good 15 / 20 mins before anybody came to check us in "
