"The room was clean and great location in the West End right on the Elizabeth Line. The room comfortably fits one person but was very small by US standards. The bed was hard as a rock. The air conditioner was great!! The shower had perfect pressure with two shower heads. The his hotel is located near pubs so if you are on lower levels you will hear the sounds of the street and the pubs. I would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel for quick trips."

"Location wise it couldn’t be better. It did feel a bit strange not having a window in the room, but it did feel cosy. I found everything very dark though throughout the hotel, so I wouldn’t to stay more than a couple of nights. Bed was very comfy and a great shower"

"We had an upgraded room and it was wonderful! Comfortable bed, great A/C, big room. We liked the amenities - restaurant, bar. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. We would stay here again."
