"I"

"Everything was great about the property except, because I forgot to bring a converter for England, the only way I could charge my phone was to leave it in the office. The USB charger in the room did not work. It was otherwise a perfect location for a great night’s sleep before heading home and had good food choices right on site."

"Muy amables, muy ágiles. Todo al grano. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero todo está bien"

"Great location convenient location at the airport free train ride to gate."

"A short stay here as I basically wanted somewhere clean to sleep in the heart of London. Despite being absolutely tiny rooms, both our large suitcases fit with the top half leaning against the wall. It’s a great location close to many attractions however I’m not sure that outweighs the smell of the place. It’s 4 and 5 levels underground so as soon as you get into the hallway, a damp old smell hits you (maybe the carpeted areas had some water ingress at some point) and the room offered no relief...

"The self driving pod we took from the airport to the hotel was great - just us and our luggage. The staff were helpful from the minute we arrived. Room was clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good and the bar had many choices of beverages."
