"Our favorite place to stay when we visit Disney. Reasonably priced. Wonderful staff. Clean quiet rooms. Great breakfast. And one of the few hotels to have easy bus access. Will stay again, and again."

"Not a good experience. The carpet was dirt and had a rip in between the queen beds, the wall in which the AC unit is at was dirty with splats of brown, and the curtains smelled awful not to mention the toilet seat was not cleaned properly. We did not complete our stay and will not return."

We understand renovations are temporary, but...

"Horrible property! The room had an ant infestation, spider webs in the room, mold in the shower and the mirrors. The customer service was bad. When I went to check out, there was no one at the desk and I waited 30 minutes but I had to leave. Do not book here! It’s dirty, ran down and moldy!"
