"I asked several times in advance for early check in coming in with young kids. We waited 3 hours in the lobby and asked multiple times before getting a room. The room does not have a lot of amenities, the shower isn't really kid friendly, there is one shampoo/body wash mix that doesn't even pump. For a room that has multiple beds for Families, it didn't seem family friendly. The Breakfast had variety but was not Good at all. Nothing was properly eatne by any of us."

Avrei dovuto prestate attenzione alle dimensioni della stanza, appena 11 mq, in 2 si faceva fatica a girarsi e ad aprire le valigie. Per giunta anche senza finestre ma come già detto, avrei dovuto prestare attenzione in fase di prenotazione. Stanza comunque molto silenziosa. Non ho usufruito della colazione ma...

"Great location for an overnight stay. Easily walkable to Paddington Station and nearby restaurants. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast had plenty of options."

"The location of the Z Hotel was excellent and only about a block and a half from the Holborn Underground station. The room was very modern, up to date. It was a tad tiny but manageable. The cable TV offering could had more news options especially for business, No business news. The hotel menu could have had better vegetarian options like omelets. Check in and check out was seamless."
