"Muy buen servicio, me quedé en total 3 noches, las personas de recepción muy amables y serviciales, pedí ayuda en varias ocasiones y siempre me resolvieron. Muy accesible a estación de buses."

"So convenient! Easy check-in, clean room, and good airflow for the style. Thx!"

"The quality of the food in the diner for both dinner and breakfast is very good."

"Very dated. Shower dripped all night. Clean but appeared dirty, definitely needs updating! OK for one night and the pod to terminal 5 is excellent."

"Clean enough, tight rooms, fine for short stay"

"The bathroom tiles weren't properly grouted to the floor so when showering in the morning the manager or employee of the hotel came to us and said we had caused a massive emergency and leak. The beds were moderately comfortable. But what can you expect for £52 a night."

"Cheap and cheerful. Beds were comfy and shower was good. So generally okay but the rooms are very dated and could do with a bit of a refurbishment."

"Well located if you have an early flight out of North Term. If you fly from South Term then you can get the transit but I’d probably stay South as there are more facilities landside. Room was clean but it was really hot. Bed was ok but the pillows were thin, soft and pointless. Very quiet room, good shower. Breakfast is complementary and pretty decent"

"Lo mejor del hotel fue su ubicación, muy céntrico. Pero la habitación olía feo y estaba un tanto descuidada."

"The room was very clean and the bathroom too. All staff were very helpful and polite. Lovely breakfast with large choice available. Heating was very efficient and air conditioning available for the warmer times. Would definately stay here again."
