"While the location is perfect, the hotel lacks security upgrades. STG has been my go-to hotel for over 20 years. However, lacks appreciate security measures. An individual could potentially walk off the street right up to the room. The room door remains without additional security measures. The self check-in is an upgrade in technology with supportive personal for thouse who may experience challenges. This however appears to be the only visible improvement."

"The hotel is super convenient for travel to/ from Heathrow Terminal 5 using the Pods. Staff made us feel welcome on arrival. Check in was easy, using the self-serve machines, and staff were on hand to support if needed. The room was a good size for 2 twin beds and had useful facilities such as tea and coffee, a good-sized wardrobe and a hairdryer. There was plenty of room to put our suitcases safely to one side, not restricting access in the room. Our bathroom had not been properly cleaned...
