"We were very busy when we checked in, so it wasn’t that noticeable about the television that it’s not working, and I was told that all televisions are the same in all rooms, it was a bit weird not to have television to watch just even the news, anyways, there are some likeable things in other areas, like, breakfast, location- close to Jollibee or MOA. "Place is a bit run down but not a big deal. The cleanliness and politeness of staff definitely makes up for it. The only immediate upgrade to make the stay better would be the air coolant, not very cold nor strong. And we all know the Philippines is hot ! "

"The Riviera Mansion Hotel in Manila is a very good hotel. The property around it is not. A short walk to the mall (Robinisons) made me and my wife feel unsafe. Lots of beggars, people sitting on the sidewalks etc, The only problem we had with the hotel was with the cafe. Some of the food simply did not taste good. The hotel was a very good stay. I will stay again when I have the opportunity But I wont walk to any other place again I'll take a taxi"

"Simply put, the staff is amazing! Friendly and accommodating. One big problem however is the cigarette smoke that infiltrates room 318. The loud music from the club was also a problem. If I ever stay at Rothman again I will never stay in room 318 or anywhere near. Location is centrally located. Again, great staff, budget hotel and great deal, no hassle with all the typical PI hotel surcharges "

"I like the location close to everything. The security guards are very polite to the guests very nice gestures. The man in the reception name quino he made our stay very welcoming. The beds and pillows are comfy. The buildings are not high better for those who has fear of heights. Need a bit of paint on the inside the bathrooms cabinets but all in all very nice hotel. Definitely I will be going back to stay again."

"This hotel is very convenient and safe as far as I'm concerned, whether I need to take LRT or need a cab. It is also close to the Robinson's mall, where I can shop and buy food during my stay. The area is well lighted that I wasn't worried when returning back to my room in the evening. The security guards did a good job of always watching the in and out of the hotel guests. That's why for the last 8 years, I've always made my reservations without any second thought. "
