"We always stay at Belmont Pasay because of its proximity to the National Shrine of St. Therese and nearby airports. "
"Everything was perfect except that they made it appear that the room wasn’t available until 2:30 pm…forcing me and approx. 40 other guests to wait at the crowded lobby for hours. If I didn’t follow-up at around 2:15 pm, they probably would have kept quiet that the room was already available.
