Very great stay , so good that we are returning next week to same hotel. Excellent location. Clean. Staff super friendly, had the Pleasure to meet Jake the manager, which was a gentleman and helpful. Also left our luggage with hotel concierge, while we travel a few Philippine Islands. Great job highly recommend this hotel!

The staff are great! We stayed here multiple times and we love how friendly the staff are. The only comment I would say is that this time there are other issues in the room such as no hand towel set-up and the safety box was not working, also we requested for lower floor due to elevator takes quite long sometimes but other than that everything is great!

Though it’s on the other side , it’s very close to SM aura, walkable to most shopping malls, restaurants, The room have all the amenities as described, The bed is comfortable , shower pressure is good, w/ city view, a nice place to stay, wifi is strong. The staff are helpful, respectful , nice. I recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a no frills, comfortable & affordable rooms.
