"The air-conditioning leaked water onto the main entrance constantly , the room was very small even thou i upgraded . There was no kitchen amenities to cook at all , even thou there is a kitchenette . This is a 3 star accomodation at best . Staff were helpful. But it is what it is , they also wanted a cash deposit , no drinks in the fridge"

"The promo rate we had was great. Staff were friendly. We just hope that the hotel can find a way to improve the smell of the place, not bad but also not that welcoming for a hotel especially within the elevator area which smelled lime a bathroom deodorant. It will surely elevate the hotel experience of guests."

"Small lobby though attentive staff.. clean"

"Housekeeping was not efficient"

"The service was excellent. Staff extremely helpful. And best of all the mall next door had everything you could want from clothes to restaurants."

"Very accessible to a lot of shops"

"Not good at all, smells old"

"The room did not have a fridge, there was no kettle or beverage glass to accompany the provided bottled water which was supplied in the room. The dental kit was supplied, but the soap amenities was very minimal. The towels: no floor mat/towel was provided, nor hand towel or face towel either - only a bath towel was provided. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the room was spacious and came with a work desk. The aircon was nice and cold and worked well. Staff provided excellent...

"The property sits along a busy heavy traffic road. The building itself is nice but needs a general cleaning. Shelves were dusty, bed sheets has unknown stains, and small cockroaches in the room. They also wanted to see my kids birth certificates. Who carries around their kid’s birth certificate? If they can correct this issues, this place will be a decent place to stay."
