"Staff was incredible Room massage number 1 in the world"

"Only one elevator dedicated to the hotel rooms, the other 3 was for the residences. No refrigerator in the room. No onsite bar or restaurant. The small lobby was crowded every morning due to people waiting for their rides."

"My main thing was the entire staff treated you like you were important. They paid attention to detail. They were just great"

"The breakfast is not as much choices like before. Still appreciate it’s cleanliness and great staff!"

Impressive Peking Duck. Aside from the noticeable wear it’s clean. Chair cushions need cleaning specifically in the lounge and restaurants."

"チェックインは14時からでしたが　早く着き13時頃チェックインしましたらアーリーチェックインの為1500ペソ取られました"
