The rooms are excellent. Checking in was hassle free. All staffs are fantastic. Buffet breakfast was nice and generous. The live music in the casino was amazing. We had fun in the late night with the artist who were accommodating. The pool was a gift during humid weather and gym was superbly maintained. The place is near by to Ayala Mall and is advisable to use grab for city hopping.

The property is great, but they need a coffee shop that opens early in the morning. All the coffee shop in the property opens at 7:00 am.

An Exceptional Stay at City of Dreams My stay at City of Dreams was truly exceptional from beginning to end. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful surroundings, luxurious atmosphere, and the warm hospitality of the staff. The service was outstanding. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. I also loved the overall ambiance of the property. There was a wonderful blend of luxury, entertainment, dining, and relaxation, making it easy to enjoy everything without having to go far. What stood out most was the attention to detail and the level of customer service. I felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my entire stay. City of Dreams truly lived up to its name. It was a memorable experience, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, enjoyable, and relaxing stay. I look forward to returning again!

Rooms are spacious and clean with a large bathroom with tub and separate shower. Close to malls and has casino with restaurants connected with other hotels also. Staff are helpful and friendly. The only small downfall is that soundproofing isn’t the best. Can hear trains, cars, motorcycles and neighbours in the next room.

It's an excellent property with a professional staff and a plethora of amenities. Unfortunately the biggest draw back is cigarette smoke from the casino floor can be smelled throughout the lower floors of the hotel. They do their best to mask it but it's never really absent.

The room was clean and they consistently replenished the minibar items like water and coffee. We really liked the hotel pool, and the breakfast was good. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The only downside is that outside food isn’t allowed. My son is a picky eater, so we had to buy food from outside, but bringing it into the hotel wasn’t permitted. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the food policy was a challenge for us.
