Breakfast buffet was ok, the green spaces inside the estate excellent. Our apartment was clean, unfortunately no one showed up from house keeping in the first 4 days. I was expecting more frequent cleaning when I am staying 7 nights in a hotel. Location wise it has easy access inside the estate to walk down the beach. There are many excellent restaurants around at St ives. It was a peaceful nice and clean hotel. Thank you"

"A bit tired. Could do with a good scrub and a coat of paint. Room ok. We only stayed a couple of nights. I would not have wanted to be there for a week. Pool and sauna very good. "Had a great stay at the Membly! A really wonderful affordable accommodation right by the water! The location is stunning, beautiful views of the water from the lounge area and a quick jaunt to several beaches. The breakfast service was really easy and lovely! "Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to email to cancel our booking. We did ask for some of a refund as we had paid £400 in full. I appreciate the terms and conditions but due to the reason of having to cancel I was disappointed that not even a reply to our email was given. We got hold of Expedia who called them on our behalf as they never answered our calls and flat refused to even offer and email of condolences. Just ignored. Wouldn’t go with them again out of principle and arrogance."
