"Helpful staff. One downside was that the larger trash cans on room floors was by the elevator. Each morning when we left residents had left take-out containers from the night before in the trash near the elevators and caused a bad smell."

"Very good quality room for the price. Breakfast was not included, but was available for purchase. Breakfast was good but expensive. Dinner was very good and reasonably priced. It was easy to control the temperature in the room. The hotel was located close to bus stops for Heathrow Airport. I have stayed there twice and would stay there again."

"The staff and i think the lady name carolina was amazing and helpful . Few draw backs were room to hot at times and also you hear the subway when on ground floor . Would definitely go back"

"Breakfast was good. Close to the airport"

"This hotel was a lovely place to stay. Close to the Tube and central London. I will definitely stay here again when I visit London."

"1/5. Would go lower if possible. AC was not working, active bed bug infestation, and customer service that did not follow through on refund after promising a full refund prior to checking out after discovery of bed bugs."

"Perfect location, nice clean rooms, very courteous staff."
