"Hidden Ridge Resort was a nice tucked away property on top of the hill away from Banff core town centre which offered for more privacy. The amenities like the use of the pool area was nice & relaxing; also providing the bus tickets to ride for free into the town centre was a nice convenience to have if you didn’t want to drive & try to find and pay for packing. The only concern with our stay was that when we first entered to our suite, it had a strong stall air smell to the suite. It took...

"We had a great stay at Chateau Canmore. The staff was very friendly and professional. They were very helpful when we had questions. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The view from the room was breath taking. We were so happy we chose to stay in Canmore where it is less busy and a more relaxed environment."

"Loved the location and free parking! Clean and beautiful room. Only thing I didn’t love was that we backed on to this atrium so there was no natural light (but had sufficient blinds so no one could look in). Right across the street from the Lake Louise shuttle, however book ahead of time if you can because we did not and it sold out!"

"The hotel is right in the centre of Banff and everything you need is an easy walk. It's a really interesting building with log-style furnishings and decorations. Owned by the family who built it - early an influential settlers in Banff. Our room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast buffet was simple but had everything we wanted. We would look forward to staying there again."
