"Excellent value for money. We stayed here on our arrival into London the night before catching a train to Edinburgh (the hotel is literally opposite Kings Cross Station). Although small the rooms were clean, freshly decorated and well equipped. Staff are courteous and informative. Beds are comfortable. Room wasn’t too noisy. Would stay again. "

"Restaurant closed as had coach party but no notice given told to order at bar but only 1 guy serving at the time of the England match and told food could take about an hour reception staff arranged for me to join the coach party so I could take my medication with a meal .could have been better organised "

"Great service from all staff from checkin onwards.Watched the Football and had a few beers in the Wolf and Whistle bar followed by a nice curry in the Poppadum Restaurant. Again attentive and great service. Room was good but as a single its a small bed, fan provided as no A/C. No complaints about anything to be honest, next time I stay and I will, I shall book a Double"

"Nicely decorated. Adequately provisioned. Lovely staff. Ideal location for me. Rooms are absolutely tiny though (I did know this in advance but hard to put into words till you are in it!). Don’t stay on Main Street side if you can avoid it as there’s a pub right next door and can be noisy. Great little stay and enjoyed - but bring earplugs and pack light! "
