"Traveled with my daughter for my birthday. Unfortunately, on the first night she was bitten by a bed bug that left her with a swollen eye for 3 days. However, the front desk was gracious in transferring us to another room without further incident. Otherwise, loved the room. Very spacious and clean with a great view."

"The room was very small but clean. Double beds were agains each wall with about two feet between them. Not an issue because we weren’t in it often. The bathroom was also small. Had to sit sideways on the toilet because a corner sink was in the way. Shower was nice but small. The hallways looked worn like an old lodge. The lobby was really nice and spacious. Plenty of sitting room. The porch out front had rocking chairs and faces the ocean. It was really nice sitting there feeling the breeze and...

"The location is perfect for family. It’s on the boardwalk but not in the part that is always congested. You have all the benefits of the boardwalk, without the headaches of the large crowds. Grotto pizza is by far the best pizza place on the walk. "

"I like the updates they did to this hotel. I like that they put floors and removed carpeting in the rooms. I think it’s more sanitary and it looks more modern. However, the bathroom needs to be updated as well and the hallways, but the front desk and reception area look nice. The check in was smooth and the person working at the front desk was very pleasant and gave us a nice welcome gift bag which contained two water bottles and a couple of trail mix packages. That was nice. "
