Receptionists and housekeepers were excellent in customer service. I did not like the high price I paid; it was not worth the benefits, such as no breakfast and the inconvenient walk up the stairs to reach the reception desk.

When I made the reservation, I was told that we were able to have 2 adjoining rooms. I even called the day prior to checking in to make sure we were still able to have 2 adjoining rooms. When we arrived, our rooms were on the 4th floor, and the 7th floor. Not even close to each other. No suggestions were even made as to how we could have gotten 2 adjoining rooms after bringing it to their attention. I was a bit disappointed. Also, the outdoor pools were not open, nor were any of the chairs or tables set up. On the plus side, I will say that Lupita, our housekeeper was amazing. Always checking to make sure we had everything we needed, and the room was spotless.
