"The property manager was responsive prior to check-in and accommodated our early check-in, which we appreciated. The condo was spacious, had a great ocean view, and indoor pool was a plus for the kids.However, the unit did not match the listing photos, and overall cleanliness and preparedness were below expectations. The bedsheets were dark (unlike the listing), did not smell clean, and the master bed had visible marks. We had to wash all sheets upon arrival. The master bed also only had two pillows with cases; additional pillows had no pillowcases, making them unusable.While the condo listing stated that towels, tissues, paper towels and dishwashing supplies were not included, other essentials were also missing and not disclosed, such as bathroom mats and extra trash bags. This resulted in multiple trips to the store throughout our stay.Cleanliness was an issue. The balcony furniture was extremely dusty, to the point that my toddler’s clothes were covered in dust after brief contact. We had to clean it ourselves before use.There were several maintenance concerns: a rusty kettle, non-working TV remote in one room, and lamps with dead bulbs. Additionally, the ice rink (one of the reasons we chose this property) was only operational for part of our stayOverall, the experience felt underprepared and not guest-focused. Even if certain supplies are not provided, basic items like trash bags, bathroom mats (for safety), working lights and functional equipment should be standard"

"Great staff..... less than average property. This was a long weekend away for two adults. This was a nice place-ish. The staff were great, especially Tim the maintenence man and the front desk staff. It was un-nerving that the ENTIRE floor smelled like weed for the first 3 days we were there. And nothing was done about it. If i smoked a cigarette there we would have been charged incidentles. We did report this but nothing was done. The smell was sickening! There is no breakfast, but they do have coffee in the morning. The pool is nice, cold, but nice. Again. With the clientele there it was so messy it was not enjoyable. Fortunately after the weekend, we were able to enjoy the pool. The shower had NO water pressure. Took at least 45 mins to completely shower. Our air conditioner broke and we were promptly given a new room, which we had to move all our stuff but were eventualy comfortable. Over all the stay was ok but its an old property not maintained or goverend well. I would not stay there again for more than a night or two. The owners should really invest more in the property and their staff. "

"Ice rink was not available the first two days which was the only reason we booked at the Carousel my grandchildren love to ice skate. The hot tub was not working on Saturday the Coffee shop was not open the first 2 days. "

"The condo is beautiful and fitting for our needs for long weekend with three families. Very spacious, Great location and great views. The owners are very quick to respond and are very pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend. "

"Could not beat the view. Direct ocean view from back balcony and view of the bay from the front. It was very clean and neat and more than we needed. While there was plenty there to entertain a family on a rainy day if necessary, my wife and I valued to the tranquility and the view. The host made the whole process very easy to understand so we had no problems. It is right across the street from a grocery store and some shops and restaurants. It was a perfect stay for us and we would definitely recommend it. "

"Absolutely AMAZING! So easy to check in, the place is beautiful, private hot tub and jacuzzi bath CANNOT BE BEAT. It's a beautiful location and staff (Lois) was wonderful! I will never go back to a hotel again."
