"From helping us out with a short-notice extra night because I'd gotten my dates mixed up, to ringing around to help us organise bike hire and an endless amount of knowledge on local attractions and opportunities, the staff the Hostel Deco were friendly, astute and flexible. We thoroughly enjoyed the quaint attic-room "pidgeon coop" which was quiet and had lovely views from the 5th floor. You do need to be prepared to deal with stairs - 110 to our room, but well worth it."

"For the ptice it was good. Across the street from train/ bus station but unlike in the USA, area was very nice and safe. Very close to giant shopping mall and close to city center. Staff secured my luggage as I waited for my room to open."

Rooms are clean and tidy and they make sure that your stay is comfortable. What I really liked is their cafe and garden area which was decorated by a collection of cycling memorabilia which is very unique. "

"It is a very small hostel, so don't expect the massive social areas you would normally see. Beds are comfortable, there is a 20 zlotys key deposit but you get it back. Worth it for the price, very clean."

"Surprisingly it was better then I ever thought it would be. Clean, totally renovated, spacious, quiet and excellent value. Own bathroom and lounge. Breakfast included. Don't be fooled by the entrance as it has graffiti on the street door. Makes it easy to find. Highly recommended for all ages. Easy walk to the old city. "Amazing location. Beautiful large flat with great breakfast and coffee two steps from front door. Lovely large windows that we had open all night for a fresh breeze. We loved hearing the sound of the horses footsteps go by on the main road. The only con would be to have a second bathroom or a sink. There were 5 of us and sometimes we had to wait to get in the bathroom. I would highly recommend this place and stay again. "

I was only disappointed that “ground and a spacious room for one person floor” while technically true at the back of building, was realistically a semi-basement with my bedroom being under street level.
