"Beautiful hotel in the heart of krakow, within easy walking access of all the sites although in a nice quiet area. Staff were very helpful and friendly, even booked our trip to Auschwitz and Birkenhau for us before we arrived after I emailed them. Happy hour between 4 - 6 everyday was a bonus too. Booked bed and breakfast but decided to eat in the hotel restaurant on the first evening, food was superb. Would definitely recommend this hotel"

"This hotel is in a really convenient location, within walking distance to the market square and bars, restaurants etc. The castle and river are also very nearby. It's a great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is really good too, well worth paying extra for. This is the second time I've stayed here and I would definitely go back there again."

"Hotel was just excellent. Location is great, right next to the main train station in Krakow, and a couple minutes away from the main/old town square. Hotel staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful, and my partner and I got a free room upgrade. Room was excellent, clean, comfortable. Couldn’t be happier with our stay here, and we will definitely be staying here again when we come back. "
