"良い点は立地のみです。
残念でした。
・建物に入るための鍵の扱い方が非常に分かりづらい。取り出し方、扉の開け方も詳細に書いて欲しい。
・マンションの一室へ入るための扉に後付けのオートロックの鍵が付けられているが、取り付け部が緩んでいてセキュリティが心配だった。
・専用バスルームと書いてあるが、実際はトイレもシャワーも共用
・トイレットペーパ ーの補充も清掃も一度もされなかった。
・部屋にゴミ箱がない"

"This hotel was great. I had a wonderful time. The staff was very nice and respectful. They had great service awareness. They were two ladies at the concierge (front desk) that worked in the morning of April 5 2026, they were wonderful and professional. The bartender at night, a gentleman I think his name Oscar or Albert. He’s amazing he worked that weekend from April 3-5."

"The check in process was so easy. They emailed clear instructions, in about 5 different languages. The fact that there was a lift was great. The property isn't new but the apartment looked just like the photos. We found the beds comfortable, the apartment clean and the amenities well kept. It is also only a 13 min walk to old town. Also a really nice resturant 1 minute away called Chata. Thank you for a lovely stay. "

"Beautiful, incredibly spacious apartment in an incredible location. Added bonus because it is just a little bit back from the street, it is so quiet and you don't get woken up by the tram which starts at 4am!
Beautifully designed with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. It was perfect for our family of 4!
