The location was perfect—close enough to the main attractions like the Old Town and Wawel Castle, yet quiet enough to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options catering to different tastes."

"The hotel and staff were amazing! The food was absolutely excellent. I was fortunate enough to pre-pay for the breakfast buffet from the duration of my day which I must say was probably the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I did have dinner one night and it was once again amazing I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is visiting Kraków Poland and I look forward to coming back and staying and also checking out their other properties throughout the world."

"A very comfortable stay in a clean room. Exactly what we needed for a 3 night stay in Krakow. Great location too. Our only criticism is that the air con is non existent. We stayed at the beginning of March and the inside room temperature was 27 degrees Celsius the whole time. They do provide a fan but the air con really needs to be upgraded. I couldn’t imagine what it must be like in summer! "
