"El lugar es nuevo, todo esta en perfectas condiciones. Peró necesitan tener algunos artículos como blower, plancha, estación de shampoo, acondicionador y jabón en la ducha. El agua caliente en la habitación 417 no calentaba lo suficiente."

"We tried to check in at 3pm like it says we can and the room was not ready. Front desk said 20 minutes , we came back at 5pm and the room was still not ready we got the room around 6:30pm. Elevator was not working. Staff was nice but it was annoying having to wait for the room to be ready when we were tired from driving."

"Upon arrival the man ay the front desk was really rude. The hotel need an update and maybe new owners. I stay here because they accept my dog. The fire alarm was off the wall there was loose wiring, the toilet kept clogging, and the latch to the door was barely hanging on. I took pictures to post so I will post them."

"The staff were polite and worked me and my needs from the moment I arrived till the last day! Great staff!"
