"Staff were friendly. Room was incredibly hot though, it made for a restless sleep. A large fan was provided but its no good for ones sleeping on the upper bunks which I was. Otherwise, location is great."

"Hotel was great, breakfast was good. Area was safe, but the alley outside tends to get a lot of litter. Not sure if it's standard in the UK, but no tissue box, and only a combined body wash/shampoo. Lots of outlets, wish they had USB charging ports. The extra beds were ready for us when we got in."

"If you’re okay with noise, I imagine this would work for you. Between the pubs and nightlife below and the slamming doors of the dorm, it was a rough sleep (though better on the Saturday night than Friday). There were also these weird worm looking things crawling on the bathroom floor. Staff were quite nice and helpful. Very secure. "

"The mini fridge was a big perk as it seems many accommodations in London do not include one. The location was fantastic. It was very easy to get to places within central London. There is a Tesco Express right next door which was extremely convenient. The front desk person was very helpful when he was there. "Excellent, the waiting/reception area is full of people making the place feel vibrant and the mattress, linens, and pillows were all clean. I gave it 4/5 stars because some of the bathrooms were pretty dirty. People would leave trash out of the bins and or leave clothes around without picking up after themselves. Perhaps not a reflection of the staff themselves, but I wish something could’ve been done there. Otherwise the reception/hosts were incredibly receiving and very friendly. "
