"The staff were fantastic. From luggage assist to the lounge while we waited for our room to be ready--we were hours early for check in--to the check-in process. Everyone was friendly and went the extra mile to make it easy for us. Hotel is perfect location for Tower Bridge and the Tower Station. Easy walk to the Borough Market too. Very quiet too. Hope to be back soon."
