"Excellent, the waiting/reception area is full of people making the place feel vibrant and the mattress, linens, and pillows were all clean. I gave it 4/5 stars because some of the bathrooms were pretty dirty. People would leave trash out of the bins and or leave clothes around without picking up after themselves. Perhaps not a reflection of the staff themselves, but I wish something could’ve been done there. Otherwise the reception/hosts were incredibly receiving and very friendly. "

"Fantastic location for quickly getting into central London. Great bars and cafes nearby and walking distances to St Paul’s, Tate Gallery, The Globe, Shard and Borough Market to name a few. The hotel and staff was excellent and fantastic friendly service even at 11pm at night for a delicious homemade pizza.. Well done CitizenM we will book again for sure "
