"Great location. Bright, fresh lobby decor. Color changing lights in the bathroom were fun. Bed comfortable. Had issues with the room temperature—it kept saying it was 64 degrees F but it sure felt hotter. Wouldn’t let us go any lower. Toilet 1/2 worked. When we first arrived staff was a little short with us, but after that everyone was very cool and helpful. "

"Very clean and modern hotel. Ibis Styles is on the top end of the Ibis group, and you can tell. The room was not huge, but perfectly comfortable. Breakfast was included and very good. More in the continental breakfast style rather than heavy fully English. Location was great for Southbank exploration. Would recommend and stay again."

"First the good things. The flat was clean. And we had the pleasant surprise of having an extra bathroom. Now the less good. The quality of the apartment was nowhere near the expected one. We realize that we were not going to get the exact apartment as that seen in the pictures. However, the expectation was that the apartment we get would be of similar quality. That was not the case, as what we got felt older, smaller, less sunny. More importantly, certain things did not work well. Only one of 6...

"This apartment was terrible. Didn’t look anything like the pictures. A lot of things in the apartment were damaged, it had an awful smell. We found objects from previous stays. Overall I wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway"

"Showers had super high water pressure (good and bad thing haha). The door is hard to open to get into the room because it backs right up to a bed so a bit awkward. But overall, great experience, very social hostel, helpful staff. Super close to Borough Market which is a must. It was sort of loud at night just because the city is noisy. "
