"This is an older hotel, but very well kept and clean. It was convenient to have two restaurants on site. We tried both, and the food was delicious. It’s a short drive from the hotel to Sea World, San Diego Zoo, downtown, and the beach. We enjoyed our stay here, and will consider it again for any future trips to San Diego. "

But, for the life of me, I cannot figure out why there was a very short, kindergarten size commode installed in the bathroom? It was very difficult to rise from a seated position, and at 5’7”consider myself an average height for a woman. But for my husband, who is 6’2” and disabled, nearly impossible to use, as well as dangerous with the adjacent glass shower door and no grab rail for the commode. ...

"Im sure this place is usually calm , but the first impression of this place was pulling up to the back to park, and finding 3 police units arresting a couple of people behind the hotel. Definitely not the best welcoming, the place seems like people stay long term . It was cool i only stayed 1 night so i guess it wasnt as bad."
