"My husband and I arrived early to the hotel. The front desk was kind enough to reach out to us, when the room was ready, The first morning when we were showering there was very low water pressure and no hot water. We let the desk know, they did change the shower head. The next morning still no hot water? The bath towels are small, cheap. We did let the desk know about the cold water again. I found it poor customer service, that they didn’t adjust our bill, due to the above issues. I wouldn’t...

"Quick check in, great walking distance from Disneyland, staff was very friendly and helpful! Only issues were our bathroom ceiling fan was in the shower when we arrived so we had to call to have it put back in the ceiling and the soaps in the bathroom looked used or old, got new ones after the first round of housekeeping. Overall great stay and would choose again for Disneyland trips!"

"The front desk was amazing. The food I thought was below average I thought they could’ve had a little bit more variety. For the room it is so outdated. My bed as soon as I sat in it I went down it was not firm. They definitely need new mattresses."

"We liked that the room was clean and the bath towels was bigger than a face towel. :) The pool was very clean. Our only complaint would be that there were no cushions for the chairs and lounge chairs; the table need some serious cleaning. The staff was very pleasant."

"This location was perfect for our trip to Disneyland. Easy to get to the park. Although there were fences around part of the property, they didn't keep us from parking. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and competent. We would stay again. Warning: you really hear the fireworks at 9:30. "

"The hotel location is very good, very close to Disneyland park. There are quiet a few dinning options nearby. As a lot others said, it is very quiet that we can sleep very well. Only issue is Expedia did not make it more clearly that guests need to pay extra for parking and admission fee. Others are good,."
