Outside, I was not too impressed,. Upon entering the room, I had a change of heart. The room was very comfortable and spacious. I would stay here again. The apartment suite style was the room we stayed in. The price point is the reason why we booked online. Front desk was easy to deal with and helpful. Just unreachable for me when trying to call multiple times by phone.

Cockroaches and mold on walls and ceilings in bathrooms. Cigarette burns in curtains. Broken mirror. No bathroom fan. No microwave. Cold and dirty pool. Stained walls. Gaps under doors leading to bugs entering room. No linens for pull pit beds. Sofa beds missing springs. Sofa bed in room 225 completely broken. No housekeeping daily as promised. Laundry facility broken machines and not accessible to clients despite being listed as available. People yelling and banging on doors early in morning. Cleaning staff and maintenance man very helpful. Managment and front desk staff terrible. Do not stay here.

Pros Cheap rates Free parking Close to Disneyland and freeways Staff is friendly and helpful Has a microwave and refrigerator Cons Rooms are very dirty and old. Walls has something "splattered" on them. Sofabed cushions had white stains and flipped them over before putting suitcases on them. No luggage rack. Towels are only big enough if you're under 5' and less than 100 pounds. No face or hand towels, or bath mat as well. No closet space or anything to hang any of your clothes. Sheets had hair and were stained. Air conditioner was leaking water in the room and seems to have been doing it for some time as the floor has water damage. Roaches, ants, and a crickets in the room. Air conditioner is located around the wall and does not cool off 6he entire room very well. Bed was badly stained. Bed is soft and lumpy Pillows are flat and lumpy Some sketchy people walk through the parking lot at night. No coffee maker Sliding window in the bathroom does not have a lock on it. Sink vanity was missing face plate Would not stay there again.

Convenient location, super close to Disneyland and other eateries, and good amenities, but poor quality! Sheets smell washed but are stained, about 10 stains on bed sheets. Stingy with soap and towels. Had to keep calling and coming out of room to get shower necessities. Booked for two days and the room I got the first day was horrible. Just a bed and 2 chairs. Got changed the second room but had to keep moving my stuff up and down stairs. Second room actually had sofa and closet, and somewhere for me to set my stuff, but couch was disgustingly stained. Saw a roach

The room looked NOTHING like the pictures. We had a good first night. I woke up to go to the bathroom and there was a ROACH near the toilet. We go to the bed, we see a small bug. Honestly disgusting. I called the hotel multiple times to speak to a manager and went to the window and no one answered or was there in person. I was beyond baffled with this.
