"The are of Roma Norte is lovely and the hotel is well located and has a charming decor, but it want very clean, there was no hot water and the rooms are on the first floor and face the street so it is incredibly noisy. Overall it was functional and safe but the noise and lack of amenities was a big deawback"

"This place is more affordable than anywhere else. It’s very basic. You get what you pay for. There is no stove or microwave available, and they try to ration the toilet paper. Excellent value for those who are willing to walk down the hall to shared bathrooms. "

"The photos are click baits, it is nothing like the real thing... I've also reported that there was only a trickle of water coming out of the shower so I've requested to be moved to another room. The front desk guy said they are fully booked and will look into it, but there was no one there, like literally... We found out that we can't move but also can't get a refund... We stayed first night hoping the guy would do what he promised he'd do to "look into it and let us know" but nothing happened....

"The photos on line are much nicer than the run down space that is the current property. My room was right next to the common area and had a missing window into the common room covered by a curtain… so it was loud and not secure. People seemed friendly enough but I was very disappointed in the price for what I got. "

"We had an amazing experience at Hostal Juarez. It is in a perfect and safe location, very clean, and fabulous people. Plus, the staff was great. Special shout out to Jorge who is an amazing human. Very welcoming and knowledgeable about the city. He took great care of us during our stay! 💕"

The bed is very comfortable. The lights are not bright enough, but the room has enough sunlight during the day.
