"The place was as nice as advertised. I would definitely stay again. The area is nice with a lot of places to eat and convenient stores within walking distance. Also, there are a few nice parks in the area. The only drawback was that the room wasn’t turned over daily. I don’t know if that was something we needed to request, but if so, it wasn’t communicated other than that the day was great."

"Beautiful hotel tucked in gorgeous Polanco. Walking is a joy and you have some of the best restaurants and shops a few blocks away. Highly recommend if you want a peaceful and elevated experience. The in-room spa service was great!"

"The door lock was very loose, it stopped working, almost got stuck inside. The shelf"
