"Lovely welcome at Reception and extremely helpful. Basic accommodation but room was neat and smelt lovely of fabric softener. We only booked the room for one day as we had a very late flight and the accommodation was very close to the airpoirt so we used it as a base to enjoy our last day. Will definitely use again"

"Hotel liegt in einer Nebenstraße zum Ballermann.Das Hotel war hellhörig, wodurch man nachts und tagsüber die anderen Hotelgäste durchgehend hören konnte. Das Zimmer war stark in die Jahre gekommen, keine Klimaanlage, nur ein alter Ventilator. Nach dem Duschen stand meist das ganze Bad unter Wasser, da der Abfluss nicht richtig funktioniert. However when we arrived at night we walked into a hot room with no air-conditioning, no towels, no toiletries, no door in bathroom and no wifi. No lovely balcony as per photo advertised. Just a narrow space with horrible iron railings needing paint. Very noisy so difficult to sleep. We told next day of our concerns and we were moved to another room which had air-conditioning but none of the rest so i went back to reception where...

"Great place for budget conscious travellers. Rooms are sufficient for those just wanting a place to sleep and leave their bags safely. Bathroom included hairdryer, towels, and hand and shower soap. Room had a small fridge and a safe. There was a small balcony with a table and two chairs as well a communal rooftop terrace. There was a communal sitting area with complimentary tea, coffe and cookies. This area also had an iron and ironing board, as well as a bookcase of books to read. ...

"This is an extremely basic property with no air con, you get a fan in place of air con. No fridge or hair dryer or even a bin in the room you have to use the one placed next to the toilet. There is a very busy restaurant downstairs and it seems the rooms are an after thought and the restaurant is the main business. "Absolute heaven. Very basic but comfortable hotel in fabulous location. Lovely pool, very peaceful bar area, big bed. A stones throw away from the most gorgeous beach. Easy bus to town. No frills at all but we loved it. "

"Can Guillo needs a bit of a modernization as everything looks quite old. To start with, there is no aircon in the rooms, they give you an electric fan that is very noisy which makes impossible to leave it on throughout the night and it gets really hot.
