Room suited our family well. Cot very good. Nice to have a kitchenette. All three pools were very cold and not useable by our youngest child, including indoor, and the jacuzzi. (October). May be ok in summer months but not October onwards I’d say. Playroom is a good addition but minimal games present- it’s the space you...

"More of a complex than a hotel, had to drive around twice to find check in. Dissapointed with communication. reported on the first night that the heating, cooling was not working and the patio door would not lock, these issues were ignored. Otherwise, very good stay and fantastic choice of food."
