"The location of the accommodation couldn't be better. Right next to fields full of sheep in the small town of Ariany - which serves as a great base to explore the island.
The accom. has plenty of free parking & is up several flights of stairs - there is no lift.
Like many Airbnb properties it could do with some updating. Many of the doors have difficulty shutting, there has been water damage to the sofa at some point in the past & there are several broken/cracked tiles.
We managed to operate the oven after a bit of trial & error - the dial settings have all rubbed away. The microwave stopped working partway through but was replaced promptly by the owner.
Be aware that there is a tourist tax of €2 per person per night when staying in Mallorca & you pay extra for electricity (including aircon usage) It worked out at roughly €8 for the week we stayed there.
