The staff were brilliant, extremely pleasant - very attentive and personal. We experienced a slight miscommunication between the hotel and spa on our last day, but the staff at the spa did their best to accommodate. "Excellent location right on the Thames river, with views of the Thames from our room, and from breakfast room and Brasserie. Just a block from Windsor castle.
