"Property was tired and the air conditioning was poor so the room was too hot to sleep properly"

"Nice upgraded room but needs a bigger bed. Staff at breakfast were very slow and often nowhere to be seen. Poached eggs took 15 mins and were hard on arrival. Nice hotel, good location, plenty parking. Just needs more attention by breakfast staff!"

"The location was excellent, close to the railway station and the RailAir stop, which is why we chose this hotel. Our biggest complaint were the two single beds, they were uncomfortably hot with only a single very heavy duvet. As simple sheet and blanket would be much more comfortable."

"Really helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Great location, upgraded rooms were good, lovely bar and outdoor terrace and we enjoyed an hour in the spa (N.B. not obvious when I booked the hotel but this is £10 extra per person for an hour and must be booked). Breakfast was good, only minor issue were the undercooked boiled eggs but there was plenty of other choice."

"Fire alarm at 7:30am. It was only on briefly. Bmy husband went to find out if everything was ok, and was told all patrons needed to evacuate as a precaution. He called us in the room to tell us to leave. However, there was no communication from the hotel staff about the need to evacuate. Apparently they'd searched all floors but we didn't see or hear from anyone on floor 4. Need to work on better fire or emergency evacuation communication."

"The room was clean but the lack of air conditioning really let it down. Although we stayed in a particularly warm spell, I imagine that it would be pretty uncomfortable a lot of the time. It was difficult to sleep due to the heat. The staff were really friendly but not particularly efficient in the Sports Bar. Many people were queuing for quite some time to get a drink. The vegetarian options in the Sports Bar were extremely limited. The option picked was awful but a refund was given without...

"We arrived at 3pm, the check in staff were lovely & helpful. Our room was clean, tidy (1 Double Premium Sofa Bed) - the aircon was lovely as it was already on! Some of the room could have used a lick of paint, some areas needed some moderate fixes to have lifted this up to five stars. Overall though clean, comfortable & the tea / coffee facilities were lovely. Milk in the fridge too :) We had cocktails & bar snacks around 4pm which were tasty, good sized portions. As the weather was so nice...
