"We had a few of issues to begin with which were sorted out quickly and efficiently, a front room which was changed to a back room, a TV remote that wasn't working (they changed the batteries) and a cloudy lager that was exchanged with no quibbles. The bedroom was generally ok, but would have benefitted with brighter bedside lighting and the mould in the en-suite ceiling needs sorting, the remainder of the en-suite was very clean.

"My visit to Bath was memorable. Such a beautiful, historic city. The Hampton was a wonderful choice of hotel. The room was large and bright. The bathroom facilities were incredible with multiple grab bars for added security for those with mobility issues. The service was great with helpful staff. For the price you can't beat it. 1000 times better than any ABnB but for less money. I wish I had planned my trip better and had spent more time in Bath and therefore would had more time at the Z. "The Apex is in an very good location for walking to sites and restaurants. The staff is excellent and amongst our family we had 3 rooms, which were very clean and comfortable. We had dinner one night at their restaurant which was also very good. We would highly recommend this hotel."
