"I love that you can avail of all the four resorts- Tequila, Akumal, Tulum and Coba. The staff in Frutos del Mar were able to provide the cakes as per our request. With the staff help, we were able to pull off the birthday surprise we’ve planned. And they were gracious enough to deliver the remaining cake to our room complete with a very nice table setting. All the staff of the 4 resorts were excellent in their service. We really had a great time."

"Beautiful property in a gated community. The seaweed was pretty horrible but that is not the host’s fault. Hoping that something is figured out to help contain the seaweed for the future because it is a beautiful area. Beach was unusable. Perhaps a warning in the listing would help guests understand the situation. The listing stating white sand and crystal clear water could be misleading.It was a beautiful home but needs some updating. The sliding doors did not work well and were constantly breaking. Was hard to get in and out of pool area. Also, the stove was very difficult to use. Sometimes inoperable. Should probably get a new one. We had a chef come to the home one night and that issue affected the service.Putting those aside - the house was big and perfect for our party of 12. The house itself is very nice/clean and has lots of space. We made best of the seaweed situation and used the pool for several hours a day. The pool is fantastic! And cleaned everyday. The host and staff were wonderful and very communicative. There is a hotel within walking distance that has a small little beach club with great pizza that we spent lots of time visiting. Staff there is also amazing(they let us borrow board games to use at the house!). Would I visit again - yes. Would I research the sargassum before visiting? Yes. We had a great ten days in a beautiful country and made memories for a lifetime."

"The place was very pretty and the room description as shown. The bathroom didn’t have a door which was annoying when showering and there are A LOT of mosquitos in the property. After the sun goes down you practically can’t go out of your room because of it. Also the bedding didn’t smell fresh, I don’t think it was washed. Other than that very beautiful place and affordable price."

Todo el equipo fue increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Me hicieron sentir muy bienvenido durante toda mi estancia. La habitación estaba impecable, muy limpia, cómoda y con todo funcionando perfectamente. El ambiente es tranquilo, acogedor y realmente ideal para descansar y disfrutar. Honestamente, todo salió exactamente como lo imaginaba, incluso mejor. Fue una estancia maravillosa y sin duda alguna volvería a hospedarme aquí. Recomiendo este lugar al 100%. Si buscan un lugar con excelente servicio, comodidad y una experiencia realmente especial, este es el sitio perfecto. Muchísimas gracias por una estancia inolvidable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Love that the property was very secluded, private and quiet. Love the large sliding wall in the living room. The bedrooms, two of them were separated from the main living space, which was great for the extra guests. The ocean at the Kay was Sandy we got to jump waves, and to the right we could snorkel. Every night there was music and place to hang out."
