"Amazing service"

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff are attentive, friendly and welcoming. The hotel and our accommodations were very neat and clean. The hotel is in a great location downtown within walking distance of many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a place to stay in downtown Chicago."

"The staff were excellent. Room was clean. Only complaint, the key fobs were the most difficult to coordinate for use of elevator I've ever experienced. And I know it wasn't just my issue. Every time I got in elevator, the difficulty using key fobs to navigate up and down elevators was frustrating for all- young and old. In fact, it was a common topic of conversation."

"Great establishment, close to everything in walking distance, clean, nice staff"

"Everything was great at the hotel. Staff were friendly and polite, room was clean and comfortable, and I especially liked the Starbucks counter in the lobby for my morning coffee, oh and the welcome cookies at check in are yum!"
