"Everything was great bar was amazing they give you free drink from 5/7pm the pool is clean the room they are spacious but they do have some rooms with marks on the wall and things they have no problem with changing your rooms it’s a beautiful hotel very friendly people there I give it a 8/10"

"When we checked in I was charged for a room that I had prepaid in full. Then they gave us a room in the basement. I asked the man at reception to refund the payment, which he couldn’t do — although it was fixed the next day. But the room was in a noisy area and with very little light. Not a great Best Western experience."

"I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent three-night stay. Despite reserving a non-smoking room, I was initially checked into a smoking room that smelled of stale smoke and had a leaking bathroom. Upon requesting a change, the second room provided also had a strong odor. Furthermore, the room was incredibly noisy due to a rattling AC and vibrations that lasted all night. To make matters worse, my room was never serviced once during my entire stay."

"Excellent location, nice neighborhood, right off main roads. Superstar host, great communication and was proactive in preparing for our arrival. Very fresh remodel, a lot of new appliances and the bathrooms looked very fresh. Everything was clean and inviting. Beds were comfortable. Had a good stock of basic paper products, coffee, and soaps. Didn't have to purchase anything to keep the house going while staying for several days. Had some games and things for kids, we didn't have time to get into them, but looked like they had several fun options. There is a park a short distance away with some play equipment and large green space."

"The location was excellent- just three blocks from the downtown retail core and Metra station. Tons of great restaurants nearby to choose from. The apartment was top notch - immaculate and spacious, plenty of towels and soaps, coffee and tea with Keurig maker. Extra touches like playing cards and notepads. Ceiling fan/lights in both bedrooms. Dedicated parking in rear of the property. Everything you needed for a comfy stay. Checkin instructions were super clear and communication was prompt. Overall a fantastic experience and would highly recommend. Do note that the property is only accessible by stairs and is on the second level. "
