"Not enough lifts for hotel capacity Check in not very efficient. Have stayed at this hotel several times but this has now changed names and been rebranded and taken over by a different company. Intent checking desk to be told to go to self check in. I had to ask for help which the staff did help but wasn’t very clear No yes or coffeee facilities on the room Check out has changed and is now 10am.
