"Beautiful modern property with excellent amenities, location and friendly helpful staff "

"Lovely hotel. Friendly service and front desk. Good location for the O2 empire and good commuter links to the rest of London. Nice sized bed and rooms, even the no window/basement rooms are perfect for short stays. Only negative was we tried to use their little breakfast service, by hanging a bag from your room on the door handle, and they should deliver food in the morning, but no one collected ours so we didn’t get anything, which was a shame."

"Check in process didn't work on my phone had to do it on a laptop .no reception on site you have to whats app .so I had go to a pub next door to check in as I couldn't get in the property without checking in.property is fine,clean nothing special."

"Upon my second stay there, my bed springs were very bad. People were pretty friendly. They charge for just regular black coffee which is very expensive for not being a special coffee. Bad for Uber pickup. They only accommodate taxi cabs"

"Used as a migrant hotel. There were people literally everywhere and the general lobby smelt horrendous. The room was very small and unclean. I didn't use the bar. Many better places around for a similar price."
