"It is expectations that set the stage for a pleasant stay. My expectations were for a room with a properly functioning HVAC system, and a swimming pool to relax in after (8) hours on the road. Neither of those expectations were met. The room was warm upon arrival, which was reported to the attendant, who assured me she would address this situation. The pool, was marked “closed for season”. "The room was disgusting, you walked on the floor and it just felt sticky. It smelled of urine in the room, there was stuff on the walls in the bathroom, and furniture broke in the room highly disappointed. You could jiggle the door and open it even with the deadbolt not a safe place to stay."
