"The hotel needs updating. The mold in the shower was terrible and the ac did not work like should. The front staff apparently did not have any idea what was going on. Sent my husband to park a block away. Thank goodness the bell steward questioned it with the manager. Then my spouse had go get car to put it in their hotel parking which is where it should have been all along."

"Excellent hotel in a unbeatable location. A five-minute walk to the Gateway Arch, as well as close to public transportation. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was in excellent condition. But the location is the main selling point. Only slight downside was one of the two elevators was undergoing repairs, leaving only one available. Not terribly inconvenient and easily manageable."
